My name is Eu Jin.

I am a professional actor and singer based in London and Singapore. Since 2019, I have performed in Tony and Olivier-award winning productions in the West End and prestigious London venues as well as on international tours. I am a writer and producer with 2 original works - a play and a short film - in active development with more in the pipeline. I am also an educator and coach, and have created AN INNER LIFE PRACTICE - a methodology to develop and nurture a deliberate personalized self-care practice for performing arts professionals.

I have been a medical role-play actor for over 10 years, training doctors and nurses in hospitals how to have high-stakes conversations with families of patients, how to break bad news and how to take care of families on possibly the worst day of their lives.

The Power of Theatre

Theatre is not simply entertainment. The stories it tells must be timeless and reflect our evolution as a society – our triumphs, our potential, our fears, our dreams and our reality – at its best and worst. It must not be complacent; rather it must find a way to tell stories that hold us accountable. Theatre must not only tell stories that get the biggest laughs, but also those that dare to touch the most fragile parts of our psyche. That is where the real power of the theatre lies.

I want to inspire people to see it is possible for someone to draw from both a corporate and artistic career to be fulfilled and successful. My wish is for people to see that aligning how they “ARE” and what they “DO” can unlock a power within them to be a force for good. My wish is for people to believe that they actually have the power to change the world for the better.
